It makes sense to have no bills if that is what it takes to be able to but a house. The more you make the more you can afford to buy. Live within your means!! This was helpful information for me. I can afford to get a house because all of my four vehicles are paid off between me and my wfie. The only bills we have are living expenses. Lights water cable rent! :)

I was told 28 % not 36 % otherwise this was great, plus you have to add taxes and insurance!!!!

Now this is how to plan to, buy a home. A house built on such plans makes a home, sweet home. Knowing what to buy(cars, boats, cell phones, ect.) and how to pay for it as well as, how long to, causes for good plaining. Not doing so will cost one more than money and time.Common sense with ones dollars and cents makes good senses. "peace my fellow humans"
