How does home value in 2006 compare to current home value?

Is there a webiste that can help me determine how much home value has decreased since 2006? This would be for Lake County, California. If a home was valued at 204,000 in mid 2006, what can I expect it to be worth today?

2006 value has 0 correlation to today's value. Different areas decreased or increased in different amounts. You can get a realtor to give you recent comparable sales and make an estimate of value - usually for no cost to you (they do it just for consideration of future business). good luck! ...
