Complicated Real Estate foreclosure question: My bf filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and abandoned his house.?asked by luv24nads - 4 Answers
The house is not on a foreclosure list. The bank keep calling asking him what he intends to do with the property. The property is not in arrears of taxes and not on the sheriff foreclosure list. What should he do?
