Hey "R" Not everyone had been using careless spending practices. Many may have lost thier job or simply had cutbacks in income in one way or another. I think one should consider all tributing factors on this and any other story or situation before passing any judgement. I feel for those who have fallen under the Governments misdirections. For those who have gained from others misfortunes you should be ashamed. On the other hand for those who have spent beyond thier means then let this be a costly lesson. Always know what you are doing when it comes to your future financial decisions. Your life really does depend on it. Good luck to everyone. God Bless!

Hey Dipweeds, people buy things based on the economy and the expected value of their portfolios and income...if the banks and Wall St. weren't crooks, these people would not be getting jacked from there houses.....you all must be Republicans, but I bet half the people who are getting the boot are Republicans, so SSSSHHHHHHHHHHH don't tell anyone what went wrong

HEY WOLFROBE quit your crying nobody forced these people to take out these loans everyone got greedy and now the want to put the blame on some one else. If you cant figure out if you can afford something or not then thats your own stupidity. They all deserve to loose there houses and not be saved. Why should I pay more taxes because some one wanted to fix up there house ,or bu a bigger house, or car or anythingelse they did with the money. TUFF LUCK now I will buy there house for 40 cents on the dollar and they can rent it back and pay my mortgage.

yes! Why not teach your membrts how to capitalize on the misery of others. I find the buying of foreclosed properties to be repugnant. A better way would be to teach how to be an advocate for their neighbors, by challanging the god dammed lenders and real estate brokers, and the others in te financial industry to own up to what amounts to defrauding most of these unsophisticated buyers, who unwittingly signed up for these mickey mouse sub-prime loans, that only served the financial house of cards of wall street and the banking industry.

You can get good deals in an auction if you do your research ,read the fine print and stick to the max you can spend.Remember that auctions create a "frenzy" sometimes and some people stupidly pay much more that what the property is worth since you are also stuck with the "buyers premiun" which is usually 6-10%. Buyers beware!!
