In the master bedroom there is a sitting table for your PC, reading or relaxing with a cup of coffee. There is a Queen size bed with a TV/dvd/vcr combo. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a flat screen TV. There is a Bonus room of the living room that has a single bed with a small couch and plenty of wicker that can double as a sitting room/bedroom. (Very Bright and Airy) Also the comfy couch in the living room could sleep a six person and also has a flat screen tv/dvd. The kitchen is a dream come true with it's Stainless Steel side by side refrigerator, glass top stove, microwave and dishwasher. Pots, pans, dishes and cutlery are all there plus more. The huge backyard is privacy fenced and has a brand new hot tub that seats 4-5 people, and gas grill for cookouts with family and friends. This home has received a 5 star rating!!! I also live 2 doors down so if you need something in a hurry I am always here to help. All utilities are included in the rent.(Basic cable and internet hook up as well). Linens and towels are provided and we offer a weekly cleaning service for an extra charge as well if you need it. We also offer a small basic library of dvd,s and there is a washer and dryer on site. If you like to fish we can supply you with salt water fishing gear, all you have to do is buy the bait.
