Two exits to the south on I-5 you'll find the famous Del Mar Race track, 3/4 of a mile to the west you'll find famous surfing and swimming beaches. We have included a beach pass for the state beaches' use. And if you are a golfer, there is an abundance of public golf courses very close like the Encinitas golf course, the Solona Beach executive course or the Torrey Pines course that hosted the U.S. open in 2008. The home is conveniently located close to all shopping, the Encinitas school district, beaches, and wonderful restaurants. The Encinitas and Solana Beach coaster and AMTRAK stations are only a few minutes drive away. If you need to drive to and from the city of San Diego, a close-by car pool lane in either direction will offer a better communte during rush hour. The property is located on a nice and safe cul-de-sac with beautiful ocean views and sunsets. It will easily accomodate 8 people or more. It truly is a very comfortable and private home where nothing has been spared. It has Italian tile flooring throughout, marble and travertine in the bathrooms, and a wonderful, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The four bedrooms accomodate 2 king beds, one queen bed, 1 day bed with a pull-out single bed underneath. We do have a queen pull-out sleeper couch each in the living and family room. There is also a full pull-out sleeper couch in the executive office. The 460 sqft executive office is on the second flloor right adjacent to the master suite with its own fireplace and porch. It is equipped with high speed internet and wireless access as well. A washer and dryer is located in the garage for your convenience. Pool service is included and will keep our pool clean and ready to jump into. At the moment, however, it is not a heated pool. During the summer months, it is very comfortable to swim in. A gardener will keep the yard looking nice and inviting. For an extra fee, you can get maid service with this house. Otherwise, the cleaning fee afterwards is included in the rent.
